At Mr. Pops we want you to be delighted with every purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns.

Prepacked Products |
All prepackaged products can be returned if the quality was diminished at the time of purchase—think damaged, defective, or compromised items. To process a return:

Bring the item to us within 3-5 days of purchase, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging, just as you received it. Upon approval, we issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement—your choice. Credit Card Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days.

Chocolate Products, Pastries, and Coffee |
Because our chocolate products, pastries, and coffee are perishable, returns are handled case by case within specific conditions and under precarious situations. We’ll consider a return only if:

The item was noticeably damaged or defective when you picked it up (e.g., melted chocolate, broken/stale pastries, or spoiled 'botched' coffee orders).

You notify us within 2-4hrs of purchase with clear evidence, like photos(best if you can come in immediately)

The product is uneaten (for pastries and chocolate) or tasted (for coffee), except for what’s needed to check the issue.
